<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement situation feedback system capable of rapidly and precisely responding to an improvement request to a commodity, a service or the like sent from a customer. <P>SOLUTION: On receipt of improvement request information such as a complaint from a customer terminal 209, the acceptance part 212 of an inquiry window part 202 accepts it and stores with a summary in a corresponding history database. An improvement plan examination part 203 determines a corresponding department part 204 from the summary by keyword retrieval. The corresponding department part 204 collates an improvement database 242 accumulating the past improvement measures, and an information providing part 232 reports the matched content to the customer terminal 209. When no matched one is present, an improvement measure is formed and reported. When the improvement measure is disclosed, it is converted to HTML through a person in charge of the corresponding department part 204 and then Web-disclosed.
