<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering/order-receiving system capable of asking for providing a service with a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: A control computer 1 is connected to a customer terminal 2 via a communication line N, and the control computer 1 comprises a processing unit 3, a table storage unit 4 ready for the position specification data/business division area, and a table storage unit 5 ready for the business division area/time. The customer terminal has a processing unit 9, an individual information storage unit 10, a mouse 12, and a display 13. When an icon indicating the delivery request processing is clicked by the mouse, the processing unit 9 extracts individual information from the individual information storage unit, and transmits individual information and an ordering signal to the control computer. A processing unit of the control computer receiving these information specifies a business division area from the table storage unit ready for the position specification data/business division area based on the position specification data in the individual information, extracts the required time for estimated arrival corresponding to the area from the table storage unit ready for business division area/time, and transmits the time to the customer terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
