PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make connection between an advisor's computer which makes control and a user's computer to be controlled to be simple and convenient. SOLUTION: The remote control system is composed of an advisor's computer (200), a user's computer (300), a relay server (100), an authentication DB (110) and a Web page (120). The remote control system comprises the advisor authentication requesting step, the advisor authentication step of storing connection information on the advisor's computer (200) involved in the authentication DB (110), generating a connection cipher, and activating an icon including an ID of the advisor involved, the connection cipher notifying step of the advisor notifying the connection cipher to a user by phone, the icon click step, the user information extracting step of non-activating the icon of the advisor, and the user authentication step of confirming the matching of the connection cipher, and, in the case of matching, deriving the connection information on the advisor's computer (200) involved.
