PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal by which execution of a predetermined function at a set time can be withheld, for example, execution of automatic power off can be delayed after the set time by recognizing the situation in which power should not be turned off. SOLUTION: A user inputs a desired time of execution of a predetermined function and information on the desired position of execution by using a key operating part 14a of the mobile terminal 1a. When the actual time corresponds with the desired time of execution, information on the actual position of the mobile terminal is obtained by using a position information obtaining part 19a of the mobile terminal 1a and compares it with the information on the desired position. When the information on the actual position corresponds with the information on the desired position, the controlling part 10a confirms whether other functions are executed by the mobile terminal 1a. If other functions are executed, execution of the predetermined function is delayed until completion of the process.
