PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet and fixing structure of a shield box wherein electromagnetic wave shield by the shield box is simply and surely enabled. SOLUTION: In the cabinet 3, a wiring board 2 and the shield box 1 which encloses an electronic circuit and/or an electronic component on the wiring board 2 by being installed on the wiring board 2 are accommodated. In the cabinet 3, protrusions 19 which push the shield box 1 and force it to the wiring board 2 are protruded on an inner surface side and press a part position avoiding a protruded part of a sidewall 7 in a top plate 10 of the shield box 1 which is provided with the top plate 10 and the sidewall 7 protruded from the top plate 10.
