PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when the conductor in the portion of a choke coil or reactor connected to a power source etc., is soldered for preventing the conductor from becoming rusty, the temperature of the soldered part of the conductor becomes difficult to rise, or the soldering operation takes time when the diameter of the conductor increases. SOLUTION: After an insulating coating film is peeled from the conductor, conductive paint is applied to the exposed metallic part of the conductor and dried.
