PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admixture and a cement composition by which both of excellent slime discharge property due to the viscosity reducing effect of a mixture of a hardening agent with soil and the reduction of the elution of 6-valent chromium from a hardened body are attained. SOLUTION: The admixture for the jet grout method contains a heterocyclic organic compound having reduction action and a lactone type structure, preferably further an alkali metal carbonate and/or an alkali metal bicarbonate therewith and further preferably in addition to them, an alkali metal fluoride.
