PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free apparatus capable of providing the information desired by an opposite party even when a driver cannot respond to an incoming call. SOLUTION: The hands-free apparatus is provided with acquisition sections 113 to 115 that acquire information related to a vehicle corresponding to the type information from a navigation unit 200, an ETC on-vehicle unit 300, and other unit 400 or the like when receiving the type information from the opposite party via a mobile phone 500, and transmits the information acquired by the acquisition sections 113 to 115 to the opposite party via the mobile phone 500.
