PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire pressure holding system, a wheel, a vehicle, and a valve unit, wherein compressed air is automatically supplied to the tire. SOLUTION: A pump 12 is driven in conjunction with the rotation of the wheel 11 of a bicycle 10, and compressed air is filled to a charge chamber 32B in the valve unit 30. When the internal pressure in the charge chamber 32B rises and the internal pressure of the tire 13 drops lower than a usual state at that time, a valve core 40 opens based on the difference between the internal pressure of the charge chamber 32B and the internal pressure of the tire 13. Then, a release valve 65 is closed in conjunction with this, and the compressed air from the pump 12 is filled in the tire 13.
