PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin composite film for a laminated steel sheet which is prevented from peeling even under an impact in fabrication such as bending, curling or embossing in a can manufacturing process (peel resistance) and is excellent also in corrosion resistance, by keeping the heat resistance of the film and by improving remarkably the impact resistance thereof in the manufacture of a film-laminated steel sheet of a large-sized can such as an 18L can or a pail can. SOLUTION: This polyolefin composite film is composed of a base layer and an adhesive layer and the base layer is a film layer of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer, while the adhesive layer is a film layer of an unsaturated carboxylic acid graft modified polyolefin. The Charpy impact strength of the composite film is 1.47 J/mm<SP>2</SP>or above. By this solution, the polyolefin composite film for the laminated steel sheet which is excellent in the adhesion to the steel sheet, the peel resistance against the impact in the fabrication of the laminated steel sheet and the corrosion resistance is obtained.
