PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain drive force by making energy from the outside zero or minimum by using a magnet and an electromagnet. SOLUTION: A solving means for obtaining the drive force by making the energy from the outside zero or minimum by using the magnet 4 and the electromagnet is constituted such that a repulsive force is generated by making the polarity of a magnetic pole 3 of a stator of a drive unit same with the polarity of a magnetic pole 7 of a rotor opposing the polarity of the former magnetic pole or making them antipoles of N and S, by optimizing shapes of the magnetic poles and the number of the poles, by adding side-face drive elements, and by offsetting the empty weight of the drive unit with the repulsive force of a side-face drive unit by employing a vertical structure as a whole, even if the drive unit is in any relative positional relation due to rotation and movement; and the drive force is effectively generated by regulating the direction of the drive force, if necessary, in accordance with the structure and the constitution of the stator and the rotor.
