PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and the number of assembly steps, and to efficiently apply pushing-out force to a cartridge. SOLUTION: This mechanism is provided with a chassis 5 in which an engaging projection 77 is formed to be bulged inward, a cartridge holder 60 for conveying a cartridge 4 to a loading position or an unloading position, a pushing-out part 133 which is freely turnably disposed in the cartridge holder 60, extended from an opening 132 formed in the cartridge holder 60 thereinto, and rotated to push out the cartridge 4 to the insertion port side of the cartridge holder 60, an opening 141 freely turnably disposed in the cartridge holder 60 into which a projected part 134 is inserted, a pressing arm 145 extended into the opening to press the projected part 134, and a pressing strip 131 having an engaging strip 140 for sliding the engaging projection 77 disposed in the chassis 5.
