PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regional sightseeing guiding system by which anyone can immediately obtain geography and sightseeing information on his present location and its neighborhood at the location which he is not familiar with and where he cannot find any house. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a home page including maps and the sightseeing information opened on the Internet beforehand. At the present location, there is inputted into a mobile phone a sign number 3c on a sign plate 4 fixed to a nearby electric pole 5, and obtained the geography and the sightseeing information on the present location.
