PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that framing can not be performed to keep optimum the optical performance of a nearsightedness part because a progressive refracting power lens is designed so that a farsightedness part and the nearsightedness part are continuously connected. SOLUTION: By providing the progressive refracting power lens designed to make an area of the nearsightedness part close to eyeballs without impairing the optical characteristic of the progressive lens, the farsightedness part and also the nearsightedness part can be framed in an ideal fitting condition, whereby the spectacles with little fluctuation or distortion can be formed.
