PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an on-vehicle camera capable of reducing the number of part items and facilitating mounting work. SOLUTION: This mounting structure 1 of the on-vehicle camera is provided with an exterior member 2 having a rib 21, which is erected from a rear surface and has engagement portions 210, 211 on an exterior member side, and an opening 20 where an image pickup portion 80 of the on-vehicle camera 8 appears, and a resin bracket 3 on which the on-vehicle camera 8 is fixed and which has engagement portions 30a, 30b on a bracket side engaged with the engagement portions 210, 211 on the exterior member side.
