PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of pneumatic tire and a wheel improved in workability in rim assembling without impairing an air-seal property and rim slippage resistance, the pneumatic tire, and tire wheel. SOLUTION: The assembly 1 of the pneumatic tire T and the wheel W is structured by forming recessed and projecting shapes 7a, 7b wherein a plurality of recessed portions 6a, 6b are arranged in a tire circumferential direction on either one of a heel portion H of a bead portion 2 of the pneumatic tire T and a hump portion 4 of the wheel W. The pneumatic tire T is structured by forming the recessed and projecting shape 7a wherein the plurality of the recessed portion 6a are arranged in the tire circumferential direction, at the heel portion H of the bead portion 2. The tire wheel W is structured by forming the recessed and projecting shape 7b wherein the plurality of the recessed portions 6b in the circumferential direction at the hump portion 4.
