A liquid-sealed vibration control device, wherein a pair of first rubber-like elastic bodies (27) are installed between an inner tube (1) and an intermediate tube (4), a pair of second rubber-like elastic bodies (37) are installed between the intermediate tube (4) on the outside of the first rubber-like elastic bodies (27) and an outer tube (2), a pair of liquid chambers (5) and orifices (6) are formed between the intermediate tube (4) and the outer tube (2), the end part walls of the liquid chambers (5) are formed on rubber walls (12), third short rubber-like elastic bodies (11) are installed between the intermediate tube (4) on the rear sides of the liquid chambers (5) and the inner tube (1), and a pair of inclination amount limiting stoppers (16) for limiting the inclination amount of the outer tube (2) relative to the intermediate tube (4) are installed between one end part of the outer tube (2) and one end part of the intermediate tube and between the other end part of the outer tube (2) and the other end part of the intermediate tube, respectively.
