The device comprises an awning frame, awning cloth, a guide and a driving arrangement. Said awning frame includes double-row vaulted moving rods, vertical and transverse steel wires. A plurality of double-row vaulted moving rods are arranged parallelly in the rails of two sides of the awning frame. A plurality of vertical steel wires are provided parallelly between the fixed vaulted frame and the moving rod provided at the two ends of the frame. Said guide arrangement includes the rails and a draw-press rod moving steel wire provided along the rail direction. The driving arrangement includes a mechanical wheel box, A plurality of groups of transverse steel wires, driven wheel and a plurality of groups of crown blocks.
