The invention relates to a sensor for controlling air conditioning equipment or a ventilation system according to a detected air temperature which is the result of air movement, air temperature and heat radiation generated by the air conditioning components, as well as solar radiation, especially in mobile transport means. The inventive sensor is characterised in that it comprises a temperature-dependent resistor band which is applied on both sides of a body composing the insulation layer, in that the outwardly generated heat flow and the temperature of the heated sensor surface float, whereby a constant flow is predetermined for measurement, in that the measuring signal is the voltage at the resistor and in that an equivalent temperature of a homogenous space is associated with said signal as a comfort reference.
