METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT CLEARING OPERATIONS USING MOBILE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION DEVICES AND A COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD

The invention relates to a method for carrying out clearing operations using mobile electronic communication devices and a computer system for carrying out said method. The inventive method consists in forming and sending an order for transferring a sum of transaction from the account of a first transactor (a consumer using a mobile electronic communication device) to the account of a second transactor (a supplier of products and/or services). A computer system for clearing operations consists of a central server (1) connected to the mobile electronic communication device (3) of the first transactor, to a bank server (4) of the first transactor and to the terminal (2) of the second transactor. Said method also consists in forming, with the aid of the central server of the system, a transaction proposal including at least a subject of transaction, connecting the mobile electronic communication device (3) of the first transactor to said central server (1) for transmitting the transaction proposal to the mobile electronic communication device, the transaction proposal data being displayed on the screen of said mobile electronic communication device, in sending the confirmation of transaction from the mobile electronic communication device of the first transactor to the central server of the system and in sending the order for transferring a transaction sum from said server to the bank server of the first transactor. The global system for clearing operations is also disclosed.
