<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector type writing instrument having a high visibility of the inside of an ink storage section while preventing generation of cracks in a collector storage section by forming the collector storage section and the storage sections of different materials, in a tubular structure storing ink and a collector. <P>SOLUTION: In the writing instrument 10 equipped with a barrel 20, a writing tip end 50 attached to the tip end of the barrel 20, a collector 30 inserted and fixed inside of the barrel 20 and an ink storage tube 25 formed at the back of the barrel 20 and having an ink storage tube 25 storing ink therein, the ink storage tube 25 is formed of a synthetic resin material showing not less than 80% of permeability according to ASTM-D1003 and the barrel 20 is formed of a synthetic resin material showing not less than 110% of tensile elongation according to ASTM-D638. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
