PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating process managing method and system for supporting an operation such as maintenance even under preliminarily unexpected situations other than operation definition information defined in advance, and for presenting the details of temporarily performed operations.

SOLUTION: Situation information is compared with operation definition data, and operation item information corresponding to situations is presented to an operator, and temporary operation items can be added. Furthermore, the temporary working items are fed back to the operation definition data. Also, operation details and temporary operation details based on the operation definition data can be individually reported.
