<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly stop card functions when a multifunction IC card is, for example, stolen. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunction IC card 170 integrates a plurality of functions, such as a bank cash card function, an electronic money card function, a credit card function and a debit card function. A user who has lost the multifunction IC card 170 sends a stop request for stops of the card functions from a PC 101, mobile communication terminal 102 or telephone 103 to a management server 100. The management server 100, upon receiving the stop request, searches for and extracts the companies which provide the card functions included in the multifunction IC card 170 of the user, and sends stop commands to stop the card functions to the extracted companies.
