<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem, in which since, as a means for defusing efficiently a chlorofluorocarbon contained in the used waste heat insulating material and existing in a diluted state, it is necessary to concentrate the chlorofluorocarbon in a sealed state, but for adhered heat insulating materials there are no means and the chlorofluorocarbon is discharged into the atmosphere, which produces a factor of destruction for the ozone layer. <P>SOLUTION: Crushing and grinding are carried out in the sealed container of carbon dioxide state in which the adhered heat insulating materials are used as an atmosphere as it is. The chlorofluorocarbon discharged in the diluted state is compressed together with the atmosphere and by gas-liquid separating after liquidizing the atmosphere, the chlorofluorocarbon is enriched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
