<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain electron discharge characteristics superior in stability/reproducibity by applying liquid droplets on a prescribed position. <P>SOLUTION: On a substrate 1, a pair of element electrodes 2, 3 and a conductive film 4 connecting between the element electrodes 2, 3 are installed. The mnufacturing method comprises a process of forming a bank to surround an electrode forming part at which the element electrodes 2, 3 are installed and a conductive film forming part at which the conductive film 4 is installed, a process of ejecting a first liquid droplet to the electrode forming part, and a process of ejecting a second liquid droplet to the conductive film forming part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
