<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel with high light transmittance, long-term keying durability, and a light operation feeling in key input. <P>SOLUTION: As the material of a dot spacer 48, a polyurethane-based acrylate resin is used. Since this material has high light transmittance, it can be eliminated that an image becomes indistinct or is wrongly recongnized by the influence of the dot spacer 48 of the touch panel 40.
