<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device by which a so-called vertically wound coil for a motor can be easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: There is manufactured a formed body 10 that comprises a column 11, and a fin 12 that flatly protrudes from external peripheral surfaces 11A, 11B, 11C and 11D of the column 11 toward the outside in the radial direction of the column 11, and spirally continues in the axial direction of the column 11 at prescribed intervals along the external peripheral surfaces 11A, 11B, 11C and 11D of the column 11. In a state that the fin 12 is held, the column 11 is removed by being punched from one end side in the axial direction to the other end side, and the fin 12 that has a remaining spiral shape caused by the removal is coated with an insulating film. Then, the fin 12 is applied with pressure from both ends of the punching direction F of the column 11, whereby flat portions of the fin 12 are deformed so as to be overlapped and laminated with one another. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
