<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide needle felt for paper making that gives the paper-making felt hydrophilicity, inhibits the adhesion and accumulation of sticky contaminants, retains the stain resistant properties without hindering the compression recovery of the felt for paper making and maintains some functions, e.g., water-squeezing properties, wet paper flatness, wet paper-conveying properties. <P>SOLUTION: The felt for paper making includes a hydrophilic urethane resin and the hydrophilic urethane resin is prepared by blocking hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer. The hydrophilic urethan resin is prepared by polymerizing the blocked hydrophilic urethane prepolymer. The blocked hydrophilic urethane prepolymer includes ethylene oxide. The molecular weight of ethylene oxide moiety is 35-95% of the molecular weight of the blocked urethane prepolymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
