PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring material structure with its exposed wirings or connecting terminals peeled off when electrified under high temperatures and humidities, and with no electrical short circuit between an anode side connecting terminal and a cathode side terminal caused by the separation of a conductive particle, and to provide an electrical equipment and a switching device having it. SOLUTION: An anode wiring 11 and a cathode wiring 12 are respectively connected to an anode terminal 13a and a cathode terminal 14a for composing a connecting terminal 9 at the tip 7a of a substrate body 7. A plurality of anode terminals 13a are arranged together mutually adjacent to each other and composes the anode terminal groups 13. A plurality of cathode terminals 14a are arranged together adjacent to each other and composes the cathode terminal group 14. The anode terminal group 13 and the cathode terminal group 14 are formed on the substrate body 7 separated at an interval of W wider than the pitch P formed between the anode terminals 13a and the cathode terminals 14a.
