PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch enabling reduction in the size of a rod fixing member by restraining the size of a pinch screw in the screwing direction of the rod fixing member. SOLUTION: This switch threadably attaches a rod fixing plate 9 and a rod holding plate 10 pinching a rod 7 so as to have the rod fixing plate 9 positioned at the base end part of a screw 11 protruding from the tip surface of a rotation shaft 5 exposing from a switch body 3 using the screw 11 and a nut 12 threadably attached to the screw 11. The rod fixing plate 9 has a main piece, and a side piece 9c protruding in the direction of the rod holding plate 10 from both end parts of the main piece 9b. The rod holding plate has a push piece 10c protruding with departing from the main piece 9b so as not to interfere from both end parts of one edge of a base 10b to the nut 12, the base 10b, and a pinch protruding piece 10d protruding from the center part of one of the edge on one side. As a result, the nut screws to a part between both the push pieces 10c, and the size of the screw in the protruding direction can be restrained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
