PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reproducing device, etc., capable of smoothly starting to reproduce a bonus track even when it is anticipated that reproduction release processing cannot be performed at timing to reproduce the bonus track after the reproduction completion of general music due to some reasons. SOLUTION: In a DVD player S for reproducing at least either the bonus track or the general music from a DVD 100 recorded with the bonus track that requires the execution of the reproduction release processing before reproduction and the general music that requires no reproduction release processing, whether to perform the reproduction release processing is confirmed on the basis of a release command inputted from the outside either during or before reproducing the general music and after loading the DVD 100 on the DVD player S, and when it is confirmed that the reproduction release processing is performed for that period of time, the reproduction release processing is performed on the basis of the release command to reproduce the bonus track after the reproduction release processing is performed.
