PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-operated valve capable of preventing the jumping-out of a valve element from a valve main body when a motor assembly (driving part) is demounted. SOLUTION: This motor-operated valve 100 comprises the motor assembly 1, the valve element 2a, the valve main body 3a and bellows 4a. The motor assembly 1 has an output shaft 13 advanced and retracted by the driving of a motor. The valve element 3a is provided with a first room R1 for accommodating a stem 21a, and a second room R2 for accommodating a valve head part 22 inside thereof. The bellows 4a is accommodated in the first room Ra in a state that it is fixed to the valve element 2a at its one end, fixed to the valve main body 3a at the other end, and expanded and contracted by the movement of the valve element 2a. The valve main body 3a has a first member 31a. The first member 31a has a hole 310 for inserting one end of the output shaft 13 or the stem 21a, and closes a part between the first room R1 and the motor assembly 1.
