PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a masking component conduct masking with satisfactory adhesion due to a strong adsorption power between a masking plate and a holder plate (a spacer), even when either of them is a thin metallic magnet plate. SOLUTION: The masking component comprises a holder plate having one or more fitting holes, and an upper part masking plate and/or a lower part masking plate made from a magnetic material, which are arranged respectively on and/or under the upper part and/or the lower part of the holder plate, wherein either one of the holder plate, the masking plate and a supporting plate if the masking component has it, has stripe-shaped magnetized portions. Each magnetic material is a permanent magnetic material comprising 5-20 wt.% cobalt and 20-35 wt.% chromium as the main components, and the balance iron. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
