PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant vibration-insulating rubber composition using an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber material having an excellent heat resistance, whereby superior heat aging resistance and excellent physical properties in a high-temperature atmosphere are ensured, which are obtainable from no conventional heat-resistant vibration-insulating rubber, together with advantageously lowering a dynamic-static modulus ratio and improving kneadability. SOLUTION: The rubber composition is obtained by the followings: the ethylene-propylene-diene rubber material having≥70 Mooney viscosity (ML<SB>1+4</SB>: 125°C, an oil extension amount: 40 phr) is blended with a natural rubber material by the ratio of 90/10-50/50 (weight ratio) while being compounded with 20-80 pts.wt. silica powder having 20-70 m<SP>2</SP>/g BET specific surface area on the basis of 100 pts.wt. of the blended product, and it is further compounded with a silane coupling agent together with either or both of a benzimidazole antioxidant and an amine-based antioxidant.
