PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing olefin polymer which has high transparency, strong adhesion to a base material, and furthermore excellent mar resistance and dust wiping properties, a curable resin composition, and an antireflective film. SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing olefin polymer contains 10 mol% to 50 mol% structural units derived from a monomer containing a hydroxy group and has a polysiloxane segment in the main chain. The antireflective film is obtained by using a cured product of a curable resin composition containing this polymer and a solvent as a low refractive index film.
