PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily stick a pressure sensitive adhesive seal to a transferring object surface by using a rolling-out reel of a pressure sensitive adhesive seal tape wound around with a nonadhesive surface on the outside. SOLUTION: This pressure sensitive adhesive seal transferring tool 1A transfers the pressure sensitive adhesive seal 33 to the transferring object surface S from the pressure sensitive adhesive seal tape 30A; and is composed of the rolling-out reel 3 wound with the pressure sensitive adhesive seal tape 30A with the nonadhesive surface (a printing layer 36) of the pressure sensitive adhesive seal 33 on the outside, a separation plate 9 for separating the pressure sensitive adhesive seal 33 from a base material tape 31, a pressing means for pressing the pressure sensitive adhesive seal 33 to the transferring object surface S by separating from the base material tape 31, and a winding reel 5 for winding the pressure sensitive adhesive seal tape 30A after separating the pressure sensitive adhesive seal 33; and also has a tape pullout roller 7 or the like as a tape feeding means for winding the pressure sensitive adhesive seal tape 30A on the winding reel 5 by rolling out the tape from the rolling-out reel 3 by rolling while rolling by manually moving the pressure sensitive adhesive seal transferring tool 1A along the transferring object surface S.
