PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buggy to be mounted on a bicycle to suit the moving range of a bicycle assuring the safety and protection of a child in a place where the child with a parent goes, meeting the requirement of the parent to activities in a wide area, capable of widening the knowledge of the child, and capable of reducing the burden of the parent in bringing up the child and also establishing the convenience in handling. SOLUTION: The buggy to be mounted on the bicycle is structured so that a holding metal piece 9 of a locational lever 2 provided on a leg frame is moved to a seat assembling metal piece 7 and a seat assembling coupling pipe 6 round a rotary shaft 1 and a bearing 8, and the seat frame is held fast by a seat frame mounting frame 19 at the time of being mounted on the bicycle where the angle of the seat is changed between when it is used as an ordinary buggy and when it is mounted on the bicycle, assuring safety for both the bicycle rider and the child which can be operated through a single touch motion.
