PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a body side weather strip which is lightened, easily positioned and installed, and which does not generate rusts on a body panel. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure, a body side weather strip 10 having a mounting base 11 and a hollow seal part 17 is mounted along a body flange 4 formed by overlaying an inner panel 2 and an outer panel 3 of an automobile body panel 1.
