PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup holder capable of lessening the draw-out protrusion amount of a drawout part when the cup holder is in service and holding stably a cup or the like having large weight such as a PET bottle. SOLUTION: The cup holder has a body 4 attached to an opening 3 formed in an instrument panel 2 and equipped with a body casing 5 mounted on the inside of the opening 3 and the drawout part 6 accommodated in the body casing 5 as able to be drawn out and capable of holding the cup etc. A, wherein the drawout part 6 is provided in its part nearer the user with a cup bottom holding part 11 in a recessed form and has a lid 12 for the opening 3 in the instrument panel 2, and in the cup bottom holding part 11 of the drawout part 6, a cup side holding member 14 is accommodated in such a way as capable of rotating and rising/falling centering on a rotary shaft 13 set in a position nearer the innermost, and further a resilient member 15 to energize the member 14 upward in rotation regularly is interposed between the drawout part 6 and the member 14.
