PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor front part structure for an automobile which receives a rearward impact load to a side part of a dash lower panel by a side sill even when an upper end of the side sill is descended. SOLUTION: The automobile is constituted such that the side sills 4 comprising a sill inner 5 and a sill outer 6 and having a closed cross section structure are provided at both left and right side parts of a vehicle body 1 respectively and the dash lower panel 2 continuously provided at a front end of the floor panel 7 arranged between the left and right side sills 4, 4 and extending in a vehicle width direction and a vertical direction. Dash side panels 8 are joined to both side parts of the dash lower panel 2 and both side parts of the floor panel 7 are joined to the sill inner 5 of the side sills 4 at both left and right side parts respectively. Both side parts of the dash lower panel 2 and the dash side panel 8 are joined to the sill inner 5. Further, in the floor front part structure of the automobile, the hollow pillar-like closed cross section structure part 11 having a side surface shape of a triangular shape is integrally provided on an upper surface (upper surface of an upper wall 5a) of a front end of the sill inner 5.
