PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the deformation of a rotation side flange 15 as a wheel 1 is fixed to the rotation side flange 15 by fastening a nut 10 and reduce the vibration of a rotor 2 fixed to the rotation side flange 15 to prevent judder from occurring when braking. SOLUTION: The inner surface of the rotation side flange 15 has a projection 33.
