PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the screwing and unscrewing work time by being able to quickly and safely putting in and out screws. SOLUTION: In this motor-driven screw driver, a transverse driving part 6 is provided on a vertical grip 5, and a tool mounting part 7 for drilling or thread fastening is provided on the tip of the driving part 6. The surface or the inside of the motor-driven driver has a magnet, whereby a screw is attracted to the surface other than the grip part 5 and the tool mounting part 7 by the magnet.
