PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus for powder in which the positioning adjustment of a lower movable punch is easily performed and excess force is not exerted to a pushing-up rod. SOLUTION: The molding apparatus for powder is provided with a lower fixed punch 12 which is fixed to a base plate 2 and the lower movable punch 13 which is provided movably to the lower fixed punch 12. A plurality of pushing-up rods 32, 32 are fixed to the lower movable punch 13, these pushing-up rods 32, 32 are movably penetrated through the base plate 2 and a positioning member 51 is fixed to the lower part of the plurality of pushing-up rods 32, 32. An upper limit position regulation part 55 which is brought into contact with the lower part of the base plate 2 is provided on the positioning member 51 and the positioning member 51 is moved forward and backward with fluid pressure cylinder devices 61 arranged on the base plate 2. By fixing the plurality of pushing-up rods 32, 32 to the positioning member 51, the position adjustment of the plurality of pushing-up rods 32, 32 is performed by performing the position adjustment of the positioning member 51.
