PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an upper garment worn on the upper half of the body that has a simple structure, lightweight, weighing about 100 g, easy to handle, and less costly to make by using a sheet material, a closed foamed material made of a soft synthetic resin, as a method of solving the problem of the upper half of the body getting cold in a lower body bathing in winter and comfortably bathing. SOLUTION: The upper garment for a lower body bathing is made of a material having a thickness of 5 to 20 mm and has irregularities, corrugations, diamond shapes on the side contacting the body, provides a good feel to the skin, forms a state of a sauna bath by blocking outside air and filling a space between the body and the coat with steam.
