PURPOSE: A device for exhausting static pressure during traveling, in a fuel tank is provided to prevent breakage of the fuel tank caused by evaporation gas by effectively removing evaporation gas produced from the fuel tank during traveling, in such an area as the Middle East area, and to form a unit for preventing leakage of fuel in an overturn of the vehicle, to the inside of an one-way valve. CONSTITUTION: In a device for exhausting static pressure during traveling, in a fuel tank, an one-way valve(10) is formed to the upper part of the fuel tank. The one-way valve exhausts static pressure caused by evaporation gas produced from the inside of the fuel tank while a vehicle travels. The output side of the one-way valve is connected to a suction system of an engine. In the one-way valve, an inlet pipe(21) communicating with the inside of the fuel tank is formed to the bottom middle part of a closed housing, and an exhaust pipe(22) connected to the suction system is formed to a side of the upper part of the closed housing. An inner wall(25) is formed inside the closed housing, to have dual structure. Plural holes(26) for exhaust of evaporation gas are formed to the outer periphery of the inner wall. A closed plate(28) is formed to the inside of the inner wall in a dome shape. The center of the closed plate shuts the inlet pipe and the closed plate makes the holes opened when the closed plate rises by exhaust gas.
