<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive greening apparatus for using a hydrophyte, capable of keeping the growth of the plant without feeding fertilizer components from outside, without requiring a natural or artificial culture bed such as soil, without requiring countermeasure against overgrow of weeds and prevention of dispersion of the soil caused by strong wind, having wholly light weight, facilitating the assembly, suitable for the installation in the rooftop of a building, a veranda, the ground or the like, capable of mitigating heat-island phenomena, and improving greening of the rooftop. <P>SOLUTION: The greening apparatus is constituted of a basin 7 in which the hydrophyte 6 is arranged. The basin 7 is formed by arranging a water-impermeable sheet 9 in the inside of a metallic frame 8 or a resin-made frame having a grounding face 10 obtained by folding the lower ends into the inner side, so as to cover the inside surface and the bottom opening face 12 of the metallic frame 8 or the resin-made frame, and fixing the edge parts of the water-impermeable sheet 9 to the upper end of the metallic frame 8 or the resin-made frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
