<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement guidance system and method wherein sponsors can apply maintenance to contents and advertisement conditions of an advertisement guidance and collect information from customers so as to relieve a load of people for operating a call center, the transmission of the advertisement guidance with proper contents can quickly be started and communication between the sponsors and the customers can be attained. <P>SOLUTION: In the advertisement guidance system wherein a call center system transmits a selected advertisement guidance to customers' telephones, the call center system has a file for storing contents of the advertisement guidance, an advertisement information database storing adjustment information such as conditions of transmitting the advertisement guidance, and a web server, and an advertisement sponsor's terminal can reference, register and delete contents of the advertisement guidance or the advertisement information by accessing the web server via a network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
