<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically report a request of assistance/support to a volunteer provider located nearest a wheelchair user who desires the assistance/support. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal 5 of the wheelchair user transmits the inputted position of the wheelchair user as an event to a SIONet 13, receives responses transmitted from the mobile communication terminals 6-8 of the volunteer providers, calculates the distance with the mobile communication terminal 6-8 of each volunteer provider 1-3 from the position information included in the responses and the position information acquired by a GPS receiver 9, and reports the request of assistance/help to the mobile communication terminal of the nearest volunteer provider of the mobile communication terminals 6-8 of the providers 1-3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
