<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing milk beverage excellent in heat stabilization in UHT sterilization, and having long-life properties. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing milk beverage comprises subjecting milk beverage to ultra high temperature (UHT) sterilization: wherein polyglycerine fatty acid ester having a cloudiness point of ≥90°C detected at a concentration of 1 wt.% in 20 wt.% of sodium chloride solution, sucrose fatty acid ester, and thickening polysaccharides are added to milk beverage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
