<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process an image in response to the size of a display screen in a communication terminal to be distributed. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing server 1 receives a processing request for the image from the communication terminal 2 via a communication network N, determines the size for displaying the image, based on the processing request, and work-processes the image, based on the determined display size.
